Terms of Use

The conditions that govern access to and use of the expertshare ecosystem.

Acceptance

By creating an account or using the expertshare platform, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you are using the platform on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

The service

expertshare provides infrastructure for organizations, Industries, and individuals to create, share, and access professional knowledge. Each organization operates an independent Container within an Industry. Each user maintains a continuous Identity across the ecosystem.

User responsibilities

Content ownership

Content published inside an organization’s Container remains the property of that organization. expertshare claims no ownership over customer content. You grant expertshare only the limited technical license required to operate the platform (store, display, transmit your content to authorized users).

Acceptable use

You may not use the platform to distribute unlawful, defamatory, or harmful content; to harass other users; to infringe intellectual property; to transmit malware; or to disrupt platform availability. We reserve the right to remove content or suspend accounts that violate these terms.

Fees and payment

Paid plans are billed according to the pricing agreed in your service contract. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. Pricing for individual experts and learners varies by workflow and is specified at enrollment.

Termination

Either party may terminate service according to the notice period in your contract. Upon termination, organizations may export their Container data for a defined period before deletion. Individual identities may remain active across the ecosystem independent of any single organization’s membership.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, expertshare’s total liability is limited to fees paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms periodically. Material changes will be communicated in advance. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

Governing law
