Intellectual property
Content published by organizations inside their own Containers remains their property. The expertshare platform claims no ownership of content stored within customer Containers. Brand marks, logos, and platform-specific assets are the property of their respective owners.

The platform may link to external resources. expertshare is not responsible for the content, availability, or policies of third-party websites.
Dispute resolution
Any disputes arising from the use of the platform will first be addressed through direct communication. For unresolved matters, the competent courts at the operator’s registered office ((to be completed before launch)) have exclusive jurisdiction.
